What is intuitive exercise?

Our definition is any form of movement that pushes you past the physical, and into a positive mental and spiritual space.

And it’s our FAVORITE kind of exercise. 

Intuitive exercise is often very warm, loving, graceful, playful, fun, and expansive. It can be amplified by working with an instructor who is prepared to hold space for you to experience the growth of both the body and the soul.

@kinrgy was founded by @juleshough to bring deep-rooted movement and expansion to virtual exercise. The incredible guides are “dedicated to transforming lives through energy in motion” and incorporate the elements of the earth into every class. A membership gives you access to expanded fitness classes including spiritually focused full-body workouts, body-part specific “carve” workouts, meditation, and breathwork.


Let’s Flow

Oh my goodness, we have so much love for all that @laura.radicalroots does, including her Let’s Flow membership. Let’s Flow gives you access to a library of 5, 10, and 20 minute “flows” to help you tune into your body, breath, and mind. Three new flows are added to the library of past flows, weekly, and every one of them is a great opportunity to tap more deeply into your intuition with the beautiful soul that is Laura.
